● After the completion of 30 days, the couple will visit the court and verify their documents.
● The registrar will verify their documents and complete their marriage registration.
Hindu Marriage Act, 1955
● Under this marriage act, the couple will apply for court marriage and visit the court on the due date to perform their marriage.
● The registrar will verify their documents which are listed above. After the verification of documents, the register will complete the marriage registration and send the couple to the nearest Arya Samaj temple to perform their marriage in traditional rituals.
● Their marriage will be done under the supervision of the registrar as a witness.
● No notice will be sent to your family under this act.
